At Desk Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Rolex watches. If you are not happy with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy provides a clear and simple process to return your products.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Condition of Products: The Rolex watch must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and documentation included. Watches that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way cannot be returned.
  • Return Window: You may return your Rolex watch within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or order confirmation email when returning a product.

2. Return Process To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@deskstore.click to request a return authorization. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: We will provide you with detailed return instructions and a return shipping address. In some cases, we may offer a prepaid shipping label for your return.
  • Step 3: Once we receive the returned Rolex watch, we will inspect it to confirm that it is in its original condition. We will process your refund or exchange request within 7 business days.

3. Refunds Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges If you wish to exchange your Rolex watch for another model or size, please contact our customer service team. We will help you arrange an exchange and send you the replacement watch at no additional charge.

5. Non-Returnable Items Certain items, such as personalized engravings or watches that have been altered in any way, cannot be returned. Please review product descriptions carefully before making your purchase.
